Drape Dress
Pattern Description: Drape Dress from Simply Sewing Magazine Issue 69
Pattern Sizing: 10-24. I cut a size 20 and have made this dress several times.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes. I lengthened the dress and color blocked. I'm showing you 2 more versions in this review because I didn't do anything different from the previous review of this dress. I also made hubby a matching shirt for Father’s Day.
Were the instructions easy to follow? Yes, super easy.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? This is TNT and I love this pattern.
Fabric Used: Liverpool knit for both dresses. I had some green print liverpool knit left over from another dress and I decided to use it with this dress.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: I lengthened the dress 6 inches from the lengthen line on the pattern.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? YES!
