All items are made in a smoke free, pet free home. Because the sensitive nature of items, there is a NO REFUND POLICY. This means that once you purchase and receive your items, no returns are accepted. If you would like to cancel your order, your order needs to be cancelled within 1 hour after purchase. After an hour has passed, you are no longer able to receive a refund! To request a refund within an hour of purchase, please contact me at zinaissewing@comcast.net and include your purchase order number.

Damages and Issues. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so I can evaluate the issue and correct it. Note because items are handmade, color may differ slightly from photo.
